SERIOUS ERROR: ManyChat is sending messages to everyone even though I didn't mention a keyword that would necessarily trigger an automation. I've tried everything for months, but I just can't figure it out.
I've already tried the usual things, like checking to see if there's an automation that says “next post” or a general one that triggers every time someone says “word.”
Please help!

ya intenté lo típico, como por ejemplo revisar si hay alguna automatización que diga "siguiente publicación" o una general que active cada vez que la persona dice "palabra".
