Manychat Link Bug and Bold Text Bug

For wich channel are you building it? Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram…?

Some channels, like Instagram, doesn't allow you to format text.

And for the link issue, Meta is restricting links to be clickable if that's the first message you send to a contact.

There must be an interaction before (Button, quick reply or even a message from the contact) to make it clickable.

​@Fabio Gaulke I am building from Facebook Messenger. I have had an automation running for 2 months and there were no problems with people clicking on the link until today. Links aren’t clickable anymore and all my *bold texts* have disappeared and it only show the asterisk *. Any reason why it was fine last 2 months until today? Can I private message you and show you screenshots?

​@sonxnguyen, I’ve made some tests, and the formatting doesn’t work for me as well. Neither if I send it via app (without any automation).

For the links, some are working, others need to have som interaction from the contact that is receiving it before.
