I needed to understand if there’s an API that can be called to trigger a particular live agent for live-chat feature?

@anasshaikh045 there isn’t a specific API to trigger live chat actions.

However you can use the ‘sendFlow’ API endpoint, and in the automation that it triggers you can have actions specific to your agents.
