Is anyone using MailChimp with ManyChat? Can you advise on the setup? It seems like MailChimp plus is added but none of the emails are flowing to MailChimp. And I don’t see the API link on MailChimp. The Support at MailChimp has recommended that I seek help with ManyChat as it’s a third-party tool and they can’t identify the issue on their side. Just a quick background: I’ve also create a Zap for the workflow but it’s showing an error on Zapier that email is null. However, I see that there’re users who have provided emails on the ManyChat automation. Are you using MailChimp Plus under Apps? I don’t see ‘Integrations’ as an option in Settings. The last update on this topic was 2 years ago so I reckon some things have changed on the platform.
