It is not yet possible to send audio messages on WhatsApp via Manychat, as the API does not allow it. You can review the documentation about the types of content that can be sent at the link below:

Regarding the 24-hour window error, if you are able to send text messages normally and only audio messages show this error, I believe it is just the error type being displayed incorrectly in Make. The actual issue is likely due to the fact that you are trying to send an audio message, which is still not supported.
