Hey, I'm running a ManyChat Agency. Some of my new clients are seeing new Manychat pricing plans. Starting from $17/month with 250 contacts/month.
Does anyone has any idea about new pricing? And which regions have this new pricing plans?

We have launched a new pricing model in the UK, Canada, Israel, Italy, Poland, Australia, Japan, and Turkey to better align the value you get from Manychat to the price our users pay. Only new accounts created in these countries have access to the new pricing. Existing accounts and accounts in other regions will remain on our current pricing.
The available pricing table gives the option to choose from four different paid plans based on the Active Contacts - real people who you've actually interacted with (via a message or an automations) during a monthly billing period. We only count (and bill) those people whom you’ve engaged with in a monthly billing period.
