Manychat not adding email to Flodesk segment

Hello. I have a ManyChat automation that automatically moves contacts from ManyChat to Flodesk. 

The issue I have is the automation runs but doesn't seem to create the contact within the Flodesk audience and segment. 

 

I know the automation is working because I then create a row in a separate Google sheet with the contact's details, but I can't still see the contact within Flodesk.

The contact is logged on to google drive

But not on flodesk segment

@keamhetsidube did you test it without mapping the fields…? Does it work?

If so, you may have a data issue.

Flodesk will only take text fields, so there may be an issue if you’re trying to send number fields.

Check in Manychat, in settings > Logs to see if this is the error.

If this is the case, I’d create 2 new text fields, map the numbers fields to the text fields, and then use the text to send to Flodesk.

If that’s not the issue, then I suggest you contact support so they can check what’s going on in the backend.
