Manychat not receiving information from IG

Can anyone help me figure out why Instagram comments and messages aren't being sent to Manychat? They were previously working fine. My permissions are all updated. One issue I’m wondering about is that I have an advertising restriction on my Facebook profile and it won't let me connect pages to Instagram - but this restriction has been in place since 2020 and Manychat was working fine until last week?
