Hi, I’m running an Instagram automation where users comment a keyword on my Reels (e.g. “group”), and then ManyChat automatically sends them a DM with a link and continues a follow-up flow.
I’m having two issues:

Sometimes ManyChat sends empty (blank) messages inside the flow, even though the message blocks have content.

More importantly — the comment trigger is inconsistent. Many users comment the keyword, but the bot doesn’t respond at all and misses them.
Setup seems correct (keywords, permissions, connection), and I’ve already tried refreshing/reconnecting multiple times.
Is this a known issue?
What could cause blank messages and missed comment triggers?
