Hi everyone!
I am having problems getting manychat to send emails to people commenting on instagram posts. I do have the auto messages working but the emails never go out. Below you can see my flow. I have opt in selected on email collection so i’m not sure where i’m going wrong. Thanks for your help!
Was this ever solved? We have the same issue but oddly the flow only works when users input Gmail email addresses only.
