so basically all my automations are up and running but its been a while now that i see manychat not working properly and skipping multiple comments from people a day.
its absolutely annoying, especially taking into consideration i have a paid account.
all systems are up and running and as i said: most of the times it fires, but the more time passes, the more skipped comments i see every day. it is absolutely annoying!!

When you notice that a trigger fires most of the time but skips occasionally, it is usually tied to the connection state between Meta and Manychat rather than a complete system outage. Before reaching out to the support team, there are a few quick steps you can try:
Refresh permissions: Go to your Manychat Settings, select the Instagram channel, and click on Refresh Permissions. This action often re-establishes any dropped integration between Meta and your account.
Check the “Handover Protocol” settings: If you have another app, a CRM, or Meta's own inbox interacting with your messages, it can conflict with Manychat. Verify the "one-time" trigger rule: By default, comment triggers are designed to fire once per user on a specific post. If the same person comments again on that same post, the automation won't trigger a second time.
