Manychat not working

hi,

I have been using many chat for over a year now with much success. Over the last 3months something happened - I went from using AI automations to build my automation successfully to having to pay $80 to use the AI function only to find it more complicated to use and none of my flows are working. Ive tried 5 or 6 attempts to use auto send links instead and nothing is working.  Where can I get help setting this up? I am not a tech person and thats why I loved many chat before. I am now losing business on instagram because of broken automations.

          This sounds like 2 separate problems:

          1. AI is a paid feature now
          2. Your Instagram automations likely have a permission/setup problem

          For the broken flows, I would check these first:

          1. In Instagram, turn on Allow access to messages
          2. In ManyChat, click Help → Refresh Permissions
          3. Make sure ManyChat is the default app for Instagram conversation routing
          4. Test with one very simple live automation first, not a full big flow

          If you are trying Auto-DM links from comments, also check:

          • the automation is Live
          • the right post is selected
          • if you have more than one comment automation, the automation order is correct

          And for help:

          • use the ManyChat help bot/chat
          • if the bot cannot fix it, ask for Support there

          Simple answer:

          ManyChat itself is not “fully broken.”
          Most likely your Instagram message permissions or routing settings are blocking the automations.
