Hi manychat community
I am having an issue with some of my flows where the public reply to comments is not appearing. The setup is shown below so it should work on all posts after they comment either Timing or Pluto.
I have 3 posts in total where I want this flow to work on. All of them mention the CTA of “Timing” in the video and are getting replies:
For example in video one it seems to work fine:
In Videos 2 and 3 however it seems to not be responding. Any reason why this is the case?
Also I can confirm, that even though the public reply is not showing up from the second and third video’s comments, the flow still runs and the Instagram “Send Message” step will still run for those without a direct comment reply.

How many comments do you have?
Manychat has a mechanism to prevent Meta from blocking your account due to consecutive automated comments.
