Hey everyone!
When I type out messages on manychat in some of the chats it gets sent 2,3 or 4 times. This just started happening in the last few days, and this is not an automation. It happens when I type messages out.
I manage multiple inboxes with manychat and this is only happening on one account.
I’ve already tried refreshing permissions.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

Manychat Sending Duplicate or triplacate messsage

Since it's only one account, on manual sends, and just started, that usually means either a duplicated webhook on that Page's connection or a second auto-responder firing alongside it. Two checks: 1) is Meta's native Instant Replies (or another tool) still active on that Page? That doubles sends. 2) Fully disconnect and reconnect just that one Page to reset the webhook subscription, a stale/duplicated subscription is the classic cause of one-account-only dupes. Also check status.manychat.com, there've been duplicate-send incidents lately. If it persists after a clean reconnect, it's likely their bug and support's the next stop.
