ManyChat is replying to the wrong posts. For example, I posted a reel today, and whenever someone commented, it replied with an automated “Sent to your DM’s!” message. 

The problem is that I did not set any automations up for this new post, and none of the words in the comments made by followers were keywords attached to any automation I had created. 

Is there a way to troubleshoot this?
