So you can build your flow and AI to showcase your products, answer questions, deliver coupon codes, and take your audience from social media (IG/Messenger/TikTok) to your store!

To do that, you don’t need any integrations between Shopify and Manychat!

If you want to do abandoned carts, shipping confirmations, etc, you’ll need to use Shopify Flows and/or Zapier or Make to make it all work. I’d use WhatsApp or SMS for that, since we can send messages outside the 24-hour window - so it’s a lot less restrictive than IG/FB.
