I wish to use the mentioned platforms (Many Chat/Open Ai) to have it initiate text with my list of clients once they are added in ManyChat and than let Open Ai have Ai based conversational text conversations to influence them to set appointments. Any advice is greatly appreciated

You can connect Manychat directly to OpenAI using External Requests and some logic, and have OpenAI receive the text inputs and reply with your own trained AI.
We’ve done that for your clients multiple times for IG, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram and TikTok (no one has asked for SMS, but it’s a matter of changing the chat bubble and making the replies shorter to fit the SMS formats).
