Hey ​@Adilinan so there’s either some limitation imposed by Meta on how these integrations work - and that Manychat cannot do anything about, or you have something not setup correctly in your Manychat accounts.

To try to help you, could you share a bit more about exactly what the issue is that you’re having, and what do you want to accomplish?

The more detailed you can be, the easier it’ll be to give you some help ;)

I created an automation which sends a message through ManyChat, Im tagging people who sends a message through TikTok and I am sending messages back. The thing is everything worked in the morning it was sending messages and then stopped sending it. 

I am already saving the history of conversations. So this is how it went.
 

​@Adilinan the Tag trigger will run only once, when the person is first tagged.

For your need, you probably should use the Default Reply option in Settings > TikTok, look for the ‘Default Reply’

thanks, I changed it to custom value changed, I guess it should trigger each time value changed to any value.
