Hello everyone.
I’ve been using ManyChat over a year now and have several accounts on pro with AI supported. My messages on social media channels don’t show up even though there was a conversation. I am checking through my account’s dm’s and there are messages, but most of them are missing on ManyChat. When I check the ‘ https://status.manychat.com/ ‘ everything seems fine but its not. I would like to receive more according to what I’ve been paying for. Regards.

I created an automation which sends a message through ManyChat, Im tagging people who sends a message through TikTok and I am sending messages back. The thing is everything worked in the morning it was sending messages and then stopped sending it.
I am already saving the history of conversations. So this is how it went.

For your need, you probably should use the Default Reply option in Settings > TikTok, look for the ‘Default Reply’
thanks, I changed it to custom value changed, I guess it should trigger each time value changed to any value.
