Hi! Manychat has stopped replying to people commenting on my posts with any word (no specific keyword is assigned, I have it set to any word) It no longer replies, or sends the automated DM after.

This happens across all relevant flows that were working properly before
Additional details:

The Instagram account is connected and shows as connected in ManyChat

I have refreshed the permissions

No changes were made recently to the flows

No errors are shown in the flows themselves

The issue started suddenly and affects all Instagram entry points
This is blocking lead collection and client communication, so it’s business-critical.
