Hey everyone! I’m trying to set up tailored auto-replies per ad using ManyChat’s Facebook Comments Growth Tool.

But when I go to select a “Promoted Post,” it only shows my organic Facebook posts, not the actual ad posts I created in Ads Manager.

Even when I try to enter the Ad ID manually, it doesn’t recognize it.

My goal is to have different auto-replies for each ad (based on product, price, etc.), but using “All Posts” sends the same message across all ads — which I want to avoid.

The best practice is to create your flow and add “user clicks a Facebook ad” trigger and then create an ad.

However, the option you mentioned should work with no problems.

Public auto response in enabled, and it was working for many days but for some reasons it stopped
a guy asked me to refresh permissions / reconnect pages for both instagram and fb and i did it but no use…

any solution?
