Hi everyone,
I noticed that my Marketing Automation plan shows 509/2500 contacts used, but I don’t actually have that many clients actively engaging with my bot. I suspect it’s counting all dialogs, including those that don’t involve the bot directly.
Is there a way to adjust the settings so that ManyChat only tracks or counts conversations where the bot is actively interacting with users? My goal is to avoid unnecessary contact usage for manual or non-bot conversations.
Any tips or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
