Marketing messages unavailable?

I understand recurring notifications were being phased out, and this finally hit my pages yesterday. I was under the impression that when these were phased out id be able to use ‘marketing messages’ as a replacement means of contacting inquirers outside the 24 hour window.

 

Now i can no longer send recurring notifications, but i also dont have access to ‘marketing messages’, so i have no way of contacting users outside the 24 hr window.

 

Does anyone have any further information about why i cannot do this?

Just an update. Contacted manychat support, and they were able to manually enable the Marketing messages for my account. Was a locations based issue.

Try refreshing permissions, see if that works.

You will also need to have an ads account connected to the same business manager as your Facebook page.

And you’ll need to be admin on the FB page, ads manager and business portfolio.

The option doesnt show up anywhere in my manychat, so i cannot connect it at all. And yes, i have tired refreshing permissions.

Marketing Messages usually don’t appear if the required setup is incomplete. Make sure your Facebook Page is connected to a Business Manager with an active ads account, and that you have admin access to the page, Ads Manager, and business portfolio.

Reconnect the Facebook integration in ManyChat and refresh permissions again. If the option still does not show, it may not be enabled for your account yet or could be a rollout limitation. In that case, contact ManyChat support so they can verify eligibility and enable it if available.
