I get that you want to convert us into paying customer but you need to communicate will be shown on the free tier vs not, or at least communicate that during the automation set up process… Imagine to horror when suddenly out of no where unexpectedly, customers are just being told its an automation

Also, I always suggest testing your automations with a brand new fresh subscriber. That’s the best way to check that it works like it should and avoid surprises like what you mention ;)
