We had this issue happen less than an hour ago, where ONE API call resulted in sending FIVE messages to the lead on Instagram. This is not a visual bug on Manychat, this was confirmed on Instagram that the lead got 5 messages, from 1 API call. There is no other system calling an API for this lead, no automation, nothing, just this one
This led to lost of this lead, and is unacceptable. If there are any ongoing issues with Manychat’s API, please advise
