Hi Community,

Sometimes, say 5%, of the messages i setn in a campaign end up on the status “Message failed to send.”

Although there is documentation on certain error codes, i cant find where i can see these “errors”
https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/15580879039388-Why-WhatsApp-messages-are-sometimes-not-delivered#message-undeliverable

Does anyone know where i can see the error messages or underlying cause for this?

Normally i take this a collateral damage and just X% that is unreachable, but for now it is with a test-number of my client so like to understand the reason better.

Thank in advance!

Hey, @twakawl

You can see all kind of errors on Meta’s documentation: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/cloud-api/support/error-codes/

I hope this helps 🙂

Hi @rodrigo_silvano. Thank you, extensive list and I think i need to accept these errors as part of using Whatsapp as a recruitment tool. Seems like the message is always: 131026 Message Undeliverable, which means something like we can’t send the message but don’t exactly why. I think that’s just something from the API side that the information can not be made more clear.

Do you know a way to error handle these cases in Manychat? Somehting like:
(send email) → if succes: step 2
→ If error: fallback to send email or “start a zap”

@twakawl Unfortunately there is no way to track the message’s delivery.

You can add it as an idea here: https://community.manychat.com/ideas?sort=votes.desc
