First off, I love this tool, it has transformed how I work. 

I understand things don’t always work, that’s tech. 

But what we need you to do, is communicate instead of going silent. As customers, we need to be kept aware of what is happening, even if you don’t fully know yet. Otherwise we waste out own time trying to fix something that is beyond our control. 

Please communicate openly.

I see they have updated the status page, which is great. I think meta are moving some things around. I have noticed a few more button actions are working now, so less for me to do manual!
