I scheduled four messages to be sent on January 31, 2026, each set for different times:

1st message: 07:00 AM

2nd message: 07:55 AM

3rd message: 09:30 AM

4th message: 12:30 PM
However, the following issue occurred: all messages were sent at the same time as the first one, specifically at 07:00 AM.
This is a serious problem, as all messages were scheduled for the same contact base, which directly impacts communication quality, user experience, and may cause deliverability issues.
I need to understand what went wrong with the scheduling system and what measures will be taken to ensure this does not happen again.
