Message Scheduling Failure on January 31, 2026

Hello,

 

I scheduled four messages to be sent on January 31, 2026, each set for different times:

  • 1st message: 07:00 AM

  • 2nd message: 07:55 AM

  • 3rd message: 09:30 AM

  • 4th message: 12:30 PM

However, the following issue occurred: all messages were sent at the same time as the first one, specifically at 07:00 AM.

This is a serious problem, as all messages were scheduled for the same contact base, which directly impacts communication quality, user experience, and may cause deliverability issues.

I need to understand what went wrong with the scheduling system and what measures will be taken to ensure this does not happen again.

I’m sorry to hear about the disruption to your scheduled broadcasts. 😕

The issue has now been resolved, and you can resume scheduling broadcasts safely. Since this issue may have resulted in unintended charges, Manychat team is analyzing the impact on each account to determine appropriate compensation.

As far as I know, they’ll have a decision by this coming Tuesday at the latest. 🙏🏼
