Is there any way in manychat to engage users whose last interaction was more than 1 year ago ? There is an option to send messages to users outside the 24 hour window using Paid Broadcasts. But, using that, I am not able to send messages to users whose last interaction was more than one year.

We have got phone numbers already. But, through which manychat option do we send messages to them(Excluding the SMS option) ? Also, do we need opt-in to send message using any of the 4 message tags ?
