Urgent help needed

Hi everyone,
Are you also experiencing issues with ManyChat today? In our account, messages are not being sent at all, or in rare cases they go out with a ~1h.+  delay.

This has fully stopped our client communication.
We already contacted support, but I wanted to check — is this a global issue or just with our account?
