Messages are not sent to WhatsApp

In messages it is authorized, I have already deleted the contacts and uploaded them again, I changed the message, it only says hello, it is never delivered

    ​@sebas9202 the first check is to make sure you have enough money on your wallet to send these messages - Whatsapp broadcasts use template messages which are paid.
