Hi everyone,

I have integrated my WhatsApp Business number with ManyChat using the Coexistence (BETA) mode. My goal is to be able to view and respond to messages both from the WhatsApp Business app and from ManyChat.

Currently, the system is only partially working:

✅ I can receive messages on both platforms (WhatsApp app and ManyChat).
✅ Automation flows are triggered correctly when a message is received.

🚫 However, messages sent from ManyChat are not reflected in the WhatsApp Business app, nor are they seen by the customer who started the conversation. In other words:

  • The automation flow is triggered (see attached image), but the automated messages do not reach the customer.

  • I also cannot send manual messages from the live chat panel in ManyChat.

  • Only the original message sent from the app appears correctly (marked in blue in the image), but the messages sent from ManyChat (marked in red) are neither delivered to the customer nor visible in the WhatsApp app.

Could you please help me understand what's going wrong, or if there's any additional configuration needed to ensure that messages sent from ManyChat are correctly delivered and synced?

You have something wrong with the connection ​@sebravo .

I suggest you try disconnecting and reconnecting it, and see if that works.

If not, you’ll need to contact support to get this sorted.
