I have set up an automation for IG where they sign up for a free challenge where they are to receive a message every day. I noticed that the initial message was sent out and that these people have “Passed” but the message does not get delivered.
I have attached a photo so that you can see.

I see that your first smart delay is set to “wait until 17 march”. The user started the automation on 16 march? On Instagram, you have the 24-hor window that you need to follow, but if you don’t, your messages don’t be delivered and your account can be banned by Meta.
Smart delays use the contact’s time zone, so this could be the problem.

On Instagram, there isn’t an option to do outside the 24-hour window 😕
