Messages Stuck in “Pending Approval” After Connecting New WhatsApp Number to Manychat

I connected a new WhatsApp number to Manychat (it’s also connected and configured in Meta Business), but I can’t send or trigger any messages — they just stay indefinitely pending Meta’s approval. I’m not sure what might be causing this issue since I’m not receiving any error messages or feedback, and all configuration items appear as OK.

I’ve added some screenshots of the number’s configuration below.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to fix it?

@Leonardo Almeida I’m guessing you’re talking about Template Messages…?

Your WhatsApp account seems to be connected correctly. Are simple keywords working?

 

Template messages can take a while to approve (a few hours). If you continue to have issues, try creating new templates or contact Manychat support.
