Messaging on META blocked after launching my first DM automatisation on Insta

Hello the community,

I’ve launched an automation today with Manychat for the first time. “Auto-DM links from comments”. I’ve got 4 comments on my publication and the automation worked. But now, I received a mesasge on Facebook Messenger from a customer, and I can’t reply. I found this error in my Meta Business Suite : 

“Due to regional privacy rules, some Inbox features and messaging-related insights may be unavailable.”

Could it be linked with my newly Manychat use? How to solve this asap?

    That seems to be a Meta restriction instead of anything that could be caused by Manychat…

    Meta has some policies that disables some features for certain countries/locations. Check if that's not the case.
