Hi everyone, I have a major problem, please.
My automation setup is: Facebook post -> keyword comment -> automatic Messenger message sent with a link to the website.
The issue is that people seem to be receiving the message, but they aren't seeing it! It’s happened to over 40 people in just two days; only two have actually seen the message.
What’s going wrong here? Is Meta "ghost-blocking" the messages?

This is controlled by Meta, not Manychat. A private reply sent after a Facebook comment may be placed in Message Requests or Spam instead of the main Inbox.
I recommend enabling the public reply and telling people to check their Messenger requests. The first DM should also contain a regular button or Quick Reply. Once they click it, they opt in and the 24-hour messaging window opens. A URL button alone doesn’t opt them in.
