I would like to send some promotional message to my customer outside 24 hours. What is the best way for me to reengage with them and informing all my contacts about our new promotions?
Can I invite them to subscribe to our messenger list for promo & updates and send them broadcast related to our new promotion package using this messenger list in the future?
Or I can only use marketing message feature to send promotion related mesaage although they have subscribed to our messenger list for promo & updates?
Is messenger list function allowed to use for braoadcasting marketing message to customer outside 24 hours?

It seems Malaysia is on the list, so you should be able to use this feature and send messages outside the 24 hours.
