Messenger manual and automated replies not working

My messenger manual replies and automation are not wokring, people are still able to send me messages and i can recieve them. However, i can not reply and their messages do not trigger the automation. tried everything from refreshing permissions to giving full access through my page to manychat. The error message is “Message failed to send, please contact manychat support” 

Instagram manual and automation is working with no issues.

Hey ​@Mark William ! Since Instagram is working fine, this is likely a Facebook/Messenger-specific issue rather than a general Manychat permissions problem.

Here's what to check:

1. Check your Facebook Page status Go to Meta Business Suite → look for any active restrictions or warnings on your page (check "Account Quality"). Meta sometimes limits messaging on pages silently.

2. Check Messenger settings on your Page Facebook Page Settings → Messaging → make sure Messenger is enabled and nothing is blocked there.

3. Reconnect Facebook Page in Manychat: Manychat → Settings → Connected Accounts → disconnect and reconnect your Facebook page. Make sure to grant all permissions when reconnecting.

4. Check Meta App permissions:  Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations → find Manychat and verify it has messaging permission. If it's missing, that's likely your issue.

5. Contact Manychat Support directly The error message itself says to contact support - this points to a token issue  that only they can diagnose.
