Hello, I’m new to Manychat and I have been dealing with a problem for a long time. The setup of the meta business account isn’t letting me use Manychat professionally, without limitations. How do I set up meta and Manychat professionally to deliver automations to others?? What do I need to do to set up everything?

Hi,
First off all, check if your Instagram account is set as a business account instead of personal: https://help.instagram.com/502981923235522
After that, you should be able to create a Business Portfolio and add your accounts in it: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1710077379203657
Once that’s done, try reconnecting your accounts again selecting the Business Portfolio you created and connected your accounts.
It would help if you send some screenshots with errors you’re facing (inn case that’s happening)
