I believe if you want to have automatic comment replies in Facebook, you need to switch ownership of conversations between apps. Right now we’re using meta business manager - would this cause any problems? Do you have any experience on what it looks like when Manychat has primary ownership of conversations - does it affect all conversations, even if the trigger words are not used?
