For the past month, my Instagram ads have been duplicating. We have gone through it multiple times and confirmed that we only had 159 people message but meta is saying 270 people. As you know that is a really big difference and can affect the cost of the ad by double. 

They are saying this is an issue with manychat. I've never had this issue before, I've been using this for months now. Has anyone else had this issue? They were basically refusing to help me because it's not their problem. They're saying.
