So I set up a Manychat campaign to support a Messenger Ad I set up on Meta. To my surprise, instead of my reader getting the Manychat, Meta sent their own generic message (which contradicts my ad) and of course they Unsubscribed.
I tried to disable it but Meta wont allow me to. Manychat is basically obsolete unless I can fix this. Any suggestions?

Check if there are automated responses in your Business Manager: https://business.facebook.com/latest/inbox/automated_responses
This could cut in front of Manychat if you're using the same keywords.
