Is anyone also having problems saving streams that start with click on instagram ads?
Manychat doesn't allow to have that same stream can start with comment to a post OR click on an ad.
I would really appreciate your answer!!!!

The reason is that Ads and Comments messages are different (on the API side, from Instagram). So you can't have both triggers connected to the same automation.
Duplicate your automation. On the Comments trigger, mark it as 'Comments Reply'. And set the other one for the ads. And you'll be good to go. ;)
