Missing Sidebar & Settings in ManyChat Dashboard

Hi Everyone!

 

I’d like to ask for your help regarding an issue with our ManyChat account.

When we log into the platform, this is all we can see. We have already connected our Instagram account successfully, but it does not appear anywhere in the dashboard.

Also, the platform seems incomplete:

  • there is no left sidebar menu
  • no Settings option
  • no navigation menu at all

The whole interface looks empty and unusable, as if something is missing from the account or the workspace did not load properly.

Could you please help us understand what might be causing this and how we can fix it?

Hi ​@Kitti , are you still facing this issue?.

Few days ago Manychat had an attack affecting Web and Mobile app. In thory service has been restored.  You can check the current system status here:
https://status.manychat.com/

 

If you still are getting error, probably you should contact Manychat support team: How to get support from Manychat – Manychat Help
