Hi,
Manychat is not the right tool to get all that done. You can integrate it to a subscription platform that manages your customers and uses Manychat to send WhatsApp messages, for example, but that's it.
Manychat alone is a “conversational tool”, wich helps you get in touch with your audience and directs them to where you want. After that you will need other tools and platforms.
