Hello,

I am creating a multi choice follow up after I send a link to person when he commented. How can I choose what next message he will receive after he chooses an option in the multiple choice message? Can you please help?

 

 

​@davidcieslar for your flow, it’s easier to just use quick replies instead of Data Collection.

With quick replies you can just connect the next steps to the answer the person gave you ;)

 

If you want to do it with Data Collection, you’ll need a condition after the response to check what the person chose, and then send them to the appropriate next step.
