This started yesterday without changing anythin in manychat. how do we stop automation sending multiple messages and also messages we send live in manychat gets send multiple times and says failed and to contact manychat support

Multiple message automation is sending and when replying using manychat it's replying multiple time as well

That definitely sounds like a frustrating situation…
When automations and manual messages start sending multiple times simultaneously, it could be due to a temporary API communication glitch between Manychat and Meta. If Meta's servers do not receive an immediate confirmation that the message was delivered, they may keep retrying to send it, which creates those duplicates.
