I have a critical billing issue (Ticket #453238). My account is stuck in 'Cancellation Pending' while I need to renew at the correct $15 tier for my 77 contacts. Can someone from the team take a look?"

    Hi ​@Ansari.growth , Let us check if we can let the billing team to know you are waiting a response. In the mean time I dont think you will lose your 77 contacts if you miss the billing cycle.
