I’ve been using manychat for months to auto respond to comments on my IG reels and it’s worked great. Now all of a sudden in the middle of the night last night the auto responses stopped working and I’ve been trying for hours and can’t figure out why or how to fix it.
my auto responses randomly stopped working and i csnt figure out why. has any anybody had this happen?!

Yes me too , it’s stopped working on an automation that was working fine before.
I’ve sent in a ticket .. this is incredibly annoying as I pay for this service and I am having to respond manually it’s very easy to miss comments ..
