Ive been using many chat since 2023 and never had any trouble with my automations.

My strategist has always been the person responsible for the hardest flows  but the regular ones for leads, landing pages etc… I used to doit myself. 

She got out last year and Ive stopped to use many chat for a while. This year I came back and set up my automation for capture informations through a form. 
The first one it works. They had to comment "Pilares" to receive a message. 

After that all the automations just STOPED to work. Nothing works. That one should work for any reels and it didnt. And any other that I've been trying to create since then. 

I need help.
