This is month 2 of my automations not working. I have 3 profiles on my account all automation stopped working out of no where. I setup Comment Keyword, select post etc its live 20 ppl commented and nothing went to them nor did they get the auto reply in the comment section. everything was working fine for the past year. Now im paying and no automation. I refreshed the profile numerous times and i believe i made sure manychat has all permissions toggled on for facebook permission. Please Help!!!

My suggestion is that you contact support with your specific scenario so they can check your accounts and give you some guidance.
And if you’re not sure about your setup, feel free to drop more details here in the community, or maybe try to book an hour with an expert to help you get your automations going (or at least try to streamline the process and help you find potential issues). I do troubleshooting calls and so others here in the community.
